Shanna Bayer

Shanna Bayer serves as the Intake Manager and Receptionist at Gorospe Law Group, where she is often one of the first voices clients hear when they reach out for help. Since joining the firm in November 2022, Shanna has become a trusted and compassionate member of the team, known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to help people feel heard during difficult moments.

In her role, Shanna conducts thorough intakes for a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, dog bites, and insurance disputes. She helps potential clients understand the next steps in the legal process and ensures each person receives the attention, guidance, and care they deserve. Around the office, Shanna is also known by a few unofficial titles, including Director of First Impressions, Chief “Don’t Worry, We Got You” Officer, Hope Distributor, and World Phone Tag Champion.

Shanna is committed to continuing her growth in the legal field and graduated from Community Care College with a focus in paralegal studies. Her combination of client care, organization, and legal knowledge makes her an important part of the firm’s intake process and overall client experience.

Outside of the office, Shanna is passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer work and charitable efforts that support local families and children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her children, family, and friends.
