Kelsey Payton
Personal Injury Attorney
Before joining the firm in 2026, she spent ten years defending insurance companies, trucking companies, commercial drivers, businesses, hospitals, and physicians in serious injury and wrongful death cases.
That experience gave Kelsey an inside understanding of how insurance companies investigate, evaluate, and defend injury claims. She knows which details the other side will scrutinize, which arguments they are likely to make, and where potential challenges may arise. Today, she puts that knowledge to work exclusively for injured people and their families.
Kelsey’s decision to change sides was influenced by her husband, Anthony Gorospe. Watching the relationships Anthony built with his clients changed the way she thought about her own career. She realized the skills she had spent years developing were exactly the skills injured people needed working for them.
Meticulous, compassionate, and straightforward, Kelsey prepares each case with the other side’s strategy already in mind. Her practice includes motor vehicle and commercial trucking accidents, premises liability, medical negligence, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Kelsey is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and the Choctaw Nation, as well as multiple federal district courts.
